The story
Most nursery lights are too bright, too blue, or too loud when you switch them off in the middle of the night.
LumaSoothe runs a 2700K amber LED with a bottom-out dimmer that goes genuinely dim — low enough to change a diaper by without waking anyone fully. Twelve looped sounds cover white, pink and brown noise plus rain, ocean and heartbeat, all recorded seamlessly so there is no click at the loop point.
The timer fades the volume down over the last two minutes rather than dropping to silence, which is the difference between a baby staying asleep and a baby noticing. A single charge runs about 40 hours of sound at conversational volume.
Built right
A 2700K LED keeps the room warm and sleep-safe. The dimmer bottoms out low enough for a night feed without a full wake-up.
Twelve tracks recorded and crossfaded so there is no click or gap. White, pink and brown noise, rain, ocean, fan and heartbeat.
Set 30, 60 or 90 minutes and the volume ramps down over the final two minutes — the transition babies sleep through.

Our old machine cut to silence at the end of the timer and woke him every single time. This one ramps down and he sleeps through it. Light is warm enough that I can do a 3am change without either of us really waking up.
Brown noise track is excellent and genuinely seamless. At max it is a bit quieter than our old plug-in unit, which matters if your nursery is near a busy street. Battery life is as advertised.
