Free over $35, out the door within one business day, and tracked the whole way.
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Everything else leaves our Columbus, OH facility within one business day.
You will receive a tracking link by email the moment the carrier scans your parcel — usually within a few hours of dispatch.
We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington DC, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes for expedited orders, since our expedited carrier requires a street address.
If tracking stalls for more than five business days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@kyvono.com with your order number and a photo where relevant. We replace or refund without requiring you to chase the carrier.
