Email support@kyvono.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. You do not need to justify a change of mind — "did not work for me" is a complete reason.
We reply within one business day with a prepaid label. Pack the item in any box, attach the label, and drop it off.
Products can be opened and used. We expect you to actually try the thing — that is the point of a trial period.
We ask that you include the accessories that came in the box (cables, mounts, spare pads) so the unit can be refurbished or recycled properly.
Every Kyvono product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails within a year of delivery, we replace it — you do not need to return the faulty unit first in most cases.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage on products not rated for it, or normal battery capacity decline.
