Agreement

By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Kyvono LLC operates kyvono.com.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email, not when you submit it.
We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or the order appears fraudulent.
Comparison prices shown as struck-through refer to the manufacturer’s suggested retail price or our own former selling price.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.

Returns and warranty

Our 30-day return policy and 12-month limited warranty are set out on the Returns page and form part of these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
Do not scrape, resell or republish our content without written permission.
Do not submit reviews you did not write or that misrepresent your experience.

Intellectual property

The Kyvono name, logo, site design, photography and written content are our property or used under licence. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules.
